Our founder grew up in London's Jamaican community, where he enjoyed cooking jerk food from a young age. Before there was a bottle, there was a grill — and before the grill, there was a family recipe passed down through generations of proud Jamaican cooks.
When he opened Jamaica On The Grill in Rockford, Illinois, the jerk marinade became the talk of the city. Customers kept asking to buy it by the bottle. Today, that same uncompromised recipe is ready for your shelves.
